Dr. Jacques Bouchard is a dedicated family physician practising in La Malbaie, Québec. With over 30 years of experience, he has consistently focused on enhancing medical practices to ensure the delivery of safe and effective clinical care.
In addition to his role on CMPA Council, Dr. Bouchard was entrusted to develop training programs by the Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec (FMOQ). He has also served as a member and chair of the FMOQ's Audit Committee and is a past president of the Association des médecins omnipraticiens de Québec (AMOQ). Dr. Bouchard has also served as president of the council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale and as president of the committee for the evaluation of medical, dental and pharmaceutical practice (case review).
