Dr. Tracey Ross is an otolaryngologist based in Manotick, Ontario, who extends her expertise to urban, rural, and remote communities, including involvement with the visiting specialist program in Nunavut. She has solid governance experience, having served as a board member for the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Foundation, and on CMPA Council since 2022.
Before her medical career, Dr. Ross practised corporate law, gaining extensive training in advocacy, mediation, and dispute resolution. Her medico-legal experience is highlighted by her negotiations with the provincial government and the Ontario Medical Association for health care resources. More recently, she has contributed as a member on the CMPA Case Review and Case Management Oversight Committees.
